This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with the Mazza AI Services. It is part of our Terms of Service. We keep it short and practical: use Mazza to run your business honestly and lawfully, and respect the people you communicate with.
Who This Applies To
Everyone who uses Mazza - account holders and their team members.
This AUP applies to every Client and user of the Services, and to all activity carried out through your account, including by your team members and by the AI agents you configure. You are responsible for ensuring your use, and your customers' interactions through your account, comply with this AUP and applicable law.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive use.
You must not use the Services to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else doing so.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or communications the recipient has not agreed to receive.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person, or promote hate or violence.
- Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
- Distribute malware, or content that is obscene, exploitative of minors, or otherwise illegal.
- Promote regulated, restricted, or prohibited goods or services where you are not licensed to do so.
- Misrepresent the AI agent as a human where disclosure is required, or use it to deceive people in a harmful way.
Messaging & Consent Rules
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, disclose AI use, and honour opt-outs.
- Obtain the consent required by law and by the channel before sending messages - in particular, opt-in for promotional WhatsApp messages.
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and messaging limits, and with telephony and anti-spam rules that apply to you.
- Tell your customers, at or before the point of contact, that calls and messages may be handled by an automated AI assistant and may be recorded. Use the in-agent disclosure and the notice template we provide.
- Honour opt-out and STOP requests promptly and do not message people who have opted out.
Data You May Process
Only process data you have the right to process.
You must have a lawful basis to process the personal data you put through the Services, and you must not upload or solicit data you have no right to use. Avoid collecting special-category data (such as health or biometric data) unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. Your responsibilities as a data controller are set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
Platform Integrity
Do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our written permission, or defeat security or rate limits.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or use the Services to build a competing product.
- Do not place an unreasonable load on the Services or interfere with other clients' use.

Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate for violations.
If we believe your use breaches this AUP, creates legal or security risk, or threatens the channels we rely on, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access, and remove offending content, with or without notice depending on severity. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination. Questions: admin@mazzaai.com.
