Analytics overview
Read your dashboard: channels, time ranges, and how every number compares to before.
Analytics turns everything your agents and team do into a clear picture of how your business is performing. It is built to answer one question fast: are things getting better or worse?
An optional feature
Analytics is a feature module. Turn it on in Settings, under Features, if you do not see it. See Feature modules.
Channels
Open Analytics in the sidebar. The view is split by channel so you can focus on one part of the business at a time.

Time ranges and comparisons
Pick a time range, Today, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, and the whole dashboard updates instantly. Every metric shows its current value and how it compares to the matching window before it, with an up or down arrow, so you can see the trend at a glance.
Compare like for like
A 30-day figure is always compared to the previous 30 days. That makes growth and dips honest and easy to read.
