WhatsApp analytics show how your chat channel is performing: how busy it is, how much the AI handles on its own, and how conversations turn into bookings. You will find it on the WhatsApp Overview tab and in the Analytics WhatsApp panel.
What you see

| Messages and active chats | metric | Volume in and out, and how many conversations are live. |
| AI handled | metric | The share of replies the agent handled without a human. |
| Escalations | metric | How often a chat was handed to a person. |
| Bookings confirmed | metric | Bookings that came from WhatsApp. |
| Conversation funnel | breakdown | Engaged, qualifying, booking, then confirmed. |

The WhatsApp overview updates itself periodically while the tab is open, so a busy day stays close to live.
