Promotions
Promo codes and offers your AI agent can mention to customers.
Promotions are the offers and promo codes your agents can bring up at the right moment. Add a promotion, and the agents become aware of it and can mention it on a call or chat.
An optional feature
Promotions are a feature module. Turn it on in Settings, under Features, if you do not see it. See Feature modules.
How it works
Add a promotion
Create the offer and its details.
The agents pick it up
Once active, the agents can reference it naturally when it is relevant.
Retire it when it ends
Remove or deactivate the offer when the promotion is over so the agent stops mentioning it.
Keep offers current
An expired offer the agent still mentions is worse than no offer. Update promotions as they change so the agent always speaks the truth.
