Your fleet and catalog
Manage the vehicles or services your agents quote and book.
Your fleet is the catalog your agents sell from. Each item carries its own details and price, and the agents read it live so they always quote what is real and available.
An optional feature
The Fleet module is for rental and inventory businesses. Turn it on in Settings, under Features, if you do not see it. See Feature modules.
What each item holds
A fleet item typically includes its make, model, and year, its class, the daily rate, and details like transmission, fuel, and features. The agents use these to describe options and quote accurate prices.
Add and manage vehicles
Add an item
Add a vehicle with its details and rate. It becomes available to the agents right away.
Import a whole fleet
Use bulk import to paste many vehicles from a spreadsheet at once. See Bulk import.
Keep it current
Update rates and availability as they change. Deleting an item moves it to Trash.
Your rates here are what the agent quotes
The price on a vehicle is exactly what the agent tells a customer. Keep rates current so nobody is quoted yesterday's price.
