What it holds

| Operating hours | availability | The days and times you are open. Feeds the calendar and the agents. |
| Holidays and closures | availability | Dates you are closed, so the agent does not book them. |
| Policies | rules | Deposits, payment methods, accepted documents, delivery, cancellation, and house rules. |
| Escalation numbers | handoff | Where the agent transfers a caller who wants a human. |
Changes sync to your agents automatically
When you save a change here, MAZZA updates your agents in the background, usually within moments. There is no publish button to remember.
Why accuracy matters
The agents do not guess. If your deposit, hours, or cancellation policy are out of date here, the agent will repeat the old version to a customer. A few minutes keeping this current saves a lot of awkward corrections later.
