AI disclosure to your customers
Why and how MAZZA tells customers they are interacting with an AI.
When a customer talks to your voice or WhatsApp agent, MAZZA makes clear they are dealing with an AI assistant. This is on by default, and it is the right thing to do.
Why it matters
Customers across the UAE expect honesty about who, or what, they are dealing with. A clear AI disclosure builds trust, sets the right expectations, and keeps you aligned with regional norms. There is no downside to being transparent.
How it works
The disclosure is built into how your agents introduce themselves. You can review it in Settings, under Consent.
Keep disclosure on
We recommend leaving disclosure enabled. It protects your business and reassures your customers from the first moment.
