Call recording and retention
The policy on call recordings and what MAZZA keeps from each call.
MAZZA is deliberate about what it keeps from your calls. In line with UAE privacy law, it does not store call audio or full transcripts.
What MAZZA keeps, and does not keep

There are no recordings to download
Because audio and transcripts are not retained, you will not find a recording to play or download. The summary and outcome give you what you need to follow up.
