The AI disclosure
Your agents let customers know they are dealing with an AI assistant. This is on by default and is the right thing to do, both for trust and for the expectations of customers across the UAE.
Open Consent settings
Go to Settings, then Consent, to review the disclosure.
Keep it on
We recommend leaving disclosure enabled. Adjust the wording only if you have a clear reason.
Disclosure protects you
A clear, upfront AI disclosure reassures customers and keeps you on the right side of regional expectations. There is no downside to being transparent.
