WhatsApp Business connection
The two WhatsApp numbers in MAZZA and how each one connects.
MAZZA uses two separate WhatsApp numbers, and they connect in different ways. Knowing which is which saves a lot of confusion.
The two numbers

| Agent number | AI replies | The number your AI agent uses to chat with customers. Provisioned and set up by the MAZZA team. |
| Automation number | automations | The number your automations send from. You connect this yourself in Integrations. |
Both run on the official Meta WhatsApp Business platform.
Connecting the automation number

Open Integrations
Go to Integrations and choose to connect WhatsApp for automations.

Provide your WhatsApp Business details
Follow the prompts to link your WhatsApp Business number. MAZZA checks the connection before saving.
The agent number is set up for you
You do not connect the agent number yourself. The MAZZA team provisions it during onboarding, so it will not appear in your Integrations list.
