Connecting Gmail or Outlook
Connect a mailbox so automations can send email from your own address.
Connect your Gmail or Outlook account and your automations can send email straight from your own mailbox. Customers see your real address, and their replies come back to you.
Connect your mailbox

Open Integrations
Go to Integrations and choose to connect Gmail or Outlook.

Grant access
Sign in with your email provider and approve the permission for MAZZA to send on your behalf.

You are connected
The mailbox is now available as the sender for email actions in automations.
Disconnecting stops email actions
If you disconnect the mailbox, automations that send through it will pause until you reconnect it.
Now you can add a send-email step in any automation. See Email as a tool.
