Roles and permissions
How roles decide what each teammate can see and do.
Roles keep your workspace safe and tidy. Each teammate has a role, and the role decides what they can view and change across the dashboard.
Preset roles
MAZZA comes with ready-made roles for the common cases.
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | role | Full access, including billing and team management. Usually the business owner. |
| Admin | role | Broad access to run the workspace day to day. |
| Operator | role | Works the day-to-day surfaces like calls, bookings, and the inbox. |
Permissions are granular: a role can be allowed to view, create, update, or delete each type of record. Assign a role when you invite someone, or change it later.
