Notification preferences
Choose which events alert you and over which channels.
Notifications keep you in the loop without you having to watch the dashboard. In Settings, you decide which events alert your team and how those alerts reach you.

Open Notification settings
Go to Settings, then Notifications.

Choose events and channels
Pick which events should alert you, and over which channels: in-app, email, and the team WhatsApp alert.
Channels at a glance

Do not mute the critical ones
Some alerts, like a customer asking for a human, are time-sensitive. Keep those on so nothing urgent waits.
