Your voice agent is an AI receptionist that answers your business phone line. It picks up instantly, every time, day or night. It greets the caller, answers questions about your services and prices, checks availability, and books the customer, all in a natural conversation. When the call ends, it writes a clean summary to your dashboard and creates a booking or a lead automatically.
Set up for you
MAZZA creates and tunes your voice agent during onboarding. You control the business rules it follows (your fleet, prices, hours, and policies). To change the agent's voice, script, or language, contact your account manager.
What a call looks like
The agent recognizes returning callers by their phone number, looks up live availability from your fleet, quotes accurate prices from your catalog, and answers policy questions, all during the call.
What the agent can do
- Answer common questions about your services, prices, hours, and location.
- Check real-time availability before offering a slot.
- Create a confirmed or pending booking with all the details captured on the call.
- Capture a lead when the caller is interested but does not book.
- Offer to pass the caller to a human, using your escalation number, when needed.
What gets logged
Every call appears in the Calls section with the caller's name and number, the time and length, an AI-written summary, the detected intent, and a sentiment reading. If the call produced a booking or a lead, it is linked to the call so you can trace it.
Recordings are not kept
In line with UAE privacy law, MAZZA does not retain call audio recordings or full transcripts. Your dashboard stores the summary, the outcome, and the structured details, which is everything you need to follow up.
