Creating and managing bookings
Add a booking by hand, then confirm, edit, reschedule, or cancel it.
Most bookings arrive on their own from your agents, but you can always create and manage them by hand. This page covers the full lifecycle.
Add a booking manually
Open Bookings
Go to Bookings in the sidebar and choose to add a new booking.
Pick the customer
Search for an existing client or enter a new name and phone. New customers are saved to your CRM automatically.
Set the details
Choose the vehicle or service, the dates, and the pickup details. The price fills in from your catalog.
Save
The booking appears in the list and on the calendar right away.
Create from anywhere
You can also start a booking straight from a lead, a deal, or a client record. It opens the same form, already linked to that person.
Confirm, edit, reschedule, cancel
- Confirm a Pending booking to move it onto the calendar as Confirmed.
- Edit the customer, dates, vehicle, or price at any time.
- Reschedule by changing the dates, or drag the booking on the calendar.
- Cancel when a booking falls through. Cancelled bookings stay on record but do not count toward revenue.
Deleting moves to Trash
Deleting a booking sends it to Bookings Trash, where you can restore it. See Trash and restore.
