The Calendar gives you one clean view of every booking, so you can see how busy you are and move things around fast.
Views
Open Calendar in the sidebar to see your bookings laid out by time. Switch between views to zoom in on a single day or step back to see the whole month.
Choose a view
Switch between day, week, and month to match what you are planning.
Open a booking
Click any booking to see its details and jump to the customer record.
Drag to reschedule
Drag a booking to a new slot to change its date. The booking updates instantly.
A quiet revenue forecast
When you have enough history, the Calendar shows a small revenue forecast caption. It is the same forecast you see in Analytics. Learn how it works in Forecasting.
Keeping the calendar accurate
The calendar only shows real openings to your agents when your hours, holidays, and fleet are up to date. If a slot should not be bookable, check your availability rules.
