Availability rules
How MAZZA decides which slots are open so the agents only offer real availability.
Your agents should never offer a slot you cannot honor. MAZZA works out real availability from a few simple inputs, and the agents check it live before they confirm anything.
What availability is built from

| Operating hours | business | The days and times you are open, set on your Business profile. |
| Holidays and closures | business | Dates you are closed. The agent will not offer bookings on these days. |
| Fleet availability | catalog | For rentals, whether a specific vehicle is free for the requested dates. |
How the agents use it
Before offering a time, the agent checks availability for the requested service or vehicle and date. If something is already booked or you are closed, it will not be offered, and the agent can suggest alternatives.
Accuracy in, accuracy out
Keep your hours, holidays, and fleet current. They feed both the calendar and the agents, so a stale closure date or an unavailable car is the usual cause of a wrong quote.
