Logging in and your workspace
How to sign in, what an organization (workspace) is, and switching between organizations.
Sign in to MAZZA at the login page, then land on your dashboard. Everything you do lives inside a workspace, which is your organization. Some people belong to more than one, and you can switch between them in a click.
Signing in
Go to the login page and choose how you want to sign in. MAZZA does not ask you to create your own account from scratch. Your access is set up for you, either by the MAZZA team or by an invite from someone on your team.
Enter your email and select Continue with email. MAZZA emails you a 6-digit one-time code. Type the code in to sign in. There is no password to remember.
After you sign in, you go to your dashboard. From there, the MAZZA front desk is running and your team can get to work.
Accounts are invite-only
You cannot self-register. If you enter an email MAZZA does not recognize, you will see a message asking your administrator to add you. Ask the person who set up your account, or your MAZZA account manager, to send an invite.
If you were invited by email
A teammate or the MAZZA team can invite you. You receive an email with a link. Open it and MAZZA activates your access automatically. If it is your first time, you may be asked for your name and to set a password. Fill those in, select Activate workspace, and you are in.
Invite links expire
An invitation link is single use and does not last forever. If yours has expired or says it cannot be processed, ask for a fresh invite. See Inviting your team for how an admin sends one.
What a workspace is
A workspace is your organization in MAZZA. It is the container for everything your business runs on the platform.
Each workspace keeps its own:
- Agents. Your voice agent and your WhatsApp agent, tuned to this business.
- Data. Calls, chats, bookings, leads, clients, and deals.
- Team. The people who can sign in, and what each of them can do.
- Billing. The plan and invoices for this organization.
Data does not leak between workspaces. What happens in one organization stays in that organization. Your role can also differ from one workspace to the next. You might be an owner in one and an operator in another.
One business, one workspace
Most customers run a single workspace for their business. You only need more than one if you operate separate businesses or branches that should be kept fully apart.
Choosing a workspace at sign-in
What you see right after signing in depends on how many workspaces you belong to.
One workspace
You go straight to your dashboard. There is nothing to choose.
More than one workspace
You see a Choose a workspace screen listing each organization with your role in it. Select the one you want to open.
No workspace yet
You see a Waiting for access screen. Your account is not linked to any workspace. Ask your MAZZA team to invite you, or contact support.
MAZZA remembers your last choice, so the next time you sign in it opens that same workspace without asking again.
Switching between workspaces
If you belong to more than one organization, you can switch at any time without signing out.
Look for the workspace switcher at the top of the dashboard. It shows the name of the workspace you are in. Select it to open a Switch workspace menu, then pick another organization. MAZZA reloads the dashboard with that workspace's data, agents, and team.
If you only have one workspace
The switcher only appears when you belong to more than one organization. With a single workspace there is nothing to switch to, so it stays hidden.
Signing out
Select your avatar in the top corner of the dashboard to open the account menu. From there you can jump to your Dashboard or Settings, or select Sign out.
Frequently asked
I forgot my password. How do I get in?
You probably do not need one. The quickest way in is the email code option: enter your email and MAZZA sends a one-time code. If your account uses Google, select Continue with Google instead.
My email is not recognized.
Accounts are invite-only, so the email must match the one your administrator added. Check you are using the right address, then ask your team or your MAZZA account manager to add or re-invite you.
Can I be in two workspaces at once?
You are signed in to one workspace at a time, but switching is instant and does not sign you out. Use the workspace switcher to move between them.
Will my work in one workspace show up in another?
No. Each workspace has its own data, agents, team, and billing. They stay completely separate.
