Your dashboard tour

A guided tour of the sidebar, the Overview page, and how the navigation is grouped.

Your dashboard is where you run MAZZA day to day. Everything lives in one place: a sidebar on the left to move around, and the Overview page in the middle that shows how your business is doing. This tour walks you through both so you always know where to look.

The layout at a glance

When you log in, you land on the Overview page. The sidebar runs down the left side, grouped into sections. The main area shows your numbers and recent activity. That is it. No clutter.

The Overview page

Overview is your daily landing page. It opens with a greeting and a short read on the business, then organizes everything into tabs so you only see what you need.

The default view. Revenue this month, new leads, upcoming bookings, calls and WhatsApp chats today, a call-volume chart, your recent calls, and a live activity feed. Your at-a-glance health check.

The numbers reflect your real data

Cards fill in as activity comes through. A new workspace shows a welcome card and mostly empty widgets. Once calls, chats, and bookings start landing, the Overview comes alive on its own.

The sidebar, group by group

The sidebar is grouped so related tools sit together. Overview and Analytics sit at the very top with no header. Below them are clear groups: Daily, Sales, Customers, and Grow. Settings sits at the bottom as a collapsible section.

Why an item might be missing

Some sidebar items only appear when their feature module is switched on. If you do not see Analytics, Deals, Tasks, WhatsApp, or Automations, the module is off for your workspace. Turn it on under Settings, in Features. Core items like Calendar, Calls, Bookings, Leads, and Clients are always there.

A note on labels

Two sidebar labels are worth knowing, because the underlying record uses a different word in a few places:

  • Clients is your list of customers. You may see "customer" used for the same thing.
  • WhatsApp is your messages inbox. When a feature is called Messages, it means the same WhatsApp inbox.

This is just naming. The chosen label in the sidebar is the one to go by.
