The setup wizard
The five-step onboarding wizard that takes a new client from zero to ready.
The setup wizard walks you from a fresh account to a ready workspace in five short steps. It greets you by name, confirms the details we captured on your onboarding call, lets you load your fleet, and shows you exactly where your voice agent is in setup. It takes about three minutes, and everything saves as you go.
You will find it at Dashboard > Set up your workspace, or directly at /dashboard/onboarding.
Most of this is already done for you
If MAZZA captured your details during your onboarding call, they appear prefilled and editable. Your job in the wizard is to confirm, fix anything that is off, and add your fleet. You can skip steps and come back later.
The five steps at a glance

Welcome
You are greeted by your first name and a quick recap of what we already have: your business, its type, and the language your agent speaks. Choose Let's set things up to begin, or I'll do this later to return to your dashboard. The wizard estimates about three minutes.
Business and hours
Confirm your branch name, business type, country, and timezone, then your contact details and your opening hours. This step covers the basics your agent needs, so it is the one to get right. See Your business profile for the full picture.
Fleet
Add your vehicles one at a time, or paste your whole fleet from a spreadsheet. If you do not run a fleet, you can skip this step. More on Your fleet and catalog.
Agent and holidays
See where your voice agent is in setup, review what we configured, and add any closures the agent should respect. You can skip this step too.
Done
You are ready. Jump straight to the parts of MAZZA you will use most, then choose Get started to finish.
Business and hours
This step gathers everything your agent needs to answer correctly.

Hours shape what the agent offers
Your agent never books a customer outside your operating hours. If your hours are wrong here, the agent will offer the wrong times. You can update them later from your business profile.
Prefilled from your call
When we captured your basics on the onboarding call, this step opens with a note: "We filled these in from our call. Change anything that's not quite right." Nothing is locked. Edit anything that needs fixing.
Fleet
If you rent vehicles, this is where you load them in. You have two ways to do it.
Enter a plate number, year, make, model, and daily rate in AED, then choose Add vehicle. Repeat for each one. You can edit or remove any vehicle in the list right here.
You only need the core details now. Transmission, insurance, mileage limits, and the rest can be added later from the Business page. If you do not run a fleet, choose Skip and move on. Your catalog is what lets the agent quote accurate prices and check real availability, covered in How your catalog powers the agents.
Agent and holidays
This step is a transparent status report, not a configuration screen. It shows where your voice agent is in MAZZA's build process, and a read-only recap of what we set up.
The build status moves through four stages, all set by the MAZZA team:
Below the timeline you will see a short recap of your agent's name, its language, and the number it escalates to when a caller needs a human. These are shown for transparency so nothing feels hidden. To change them, contact your account manager. See Configuring your agent for what you control.
You can also add closures here, such as Eid, religious holidays, or branch off-days. The agent will not take bookings for those dates. You can add more anytime from Settings.
The wizard does not turn your agent on
Your voice agent goes live when MAZZA finishes building and testing it, not from this screen. The status here is read-only. When the agent is live, this step shows a green "Your voice agent is live" badge and a link to your calls. While we build it, you can message us on WhatsApp or by email right from this step.
Done
You are ready. The final step links you to the three places you will spend most of your time.
Every reservation your agent or team creates.
CallsLive and completed call logs with sentiment.
SettingsTune notifications, escalation, VAT, and your team.
Choose Get started to finish. You can revisit this setup from Settings whenever you like.
Finishing, skipping, and coming back
You are never trapped in the wizard.
- Skip a step. The Fleet and Agent steps can be skipped. Spend your time on business details and hours, since your agent needs those basics.
- Leave and return. Choose Finish setup later at any point to go back to your dashboard. When you return, the wizard drops you into your first unfinished step.
- The dashboard reminder. Until you finish or dismiss it, a slim banner sits at the top of your dashboard showing how many steps are complete, with a Continue setup link. Dismiss it with the X if you would rather hide it.
- Finish. On the Done step, choose Get started. The wizard links you to Bookings, Calls, and Settings, the surfaces you will use most.
What 'ready' means
Finishing the wizard means your business details, hours, and fleet are in place so your agent can quote and book correctly. It does not, on its own, switch the agent on. That happens when MAZZA marks your agent live.

How long does the wizard take?
About three minutes. Everything saves as you go, so you can stop and resume without losing anything.
Why are some fields already filled in?
We prefill the details we captured on your onboarding call. They are fully editable. Change anything that is not quite right.
Can I change my agent's voice or language here?
No. The agent details are read-only in the wizard. To change the voice, language, or escalation number, contact your account manager.
I do not have a fleet. What do I do on the Fleet step?
Skip it. The Fleet step is optional and is meant for businesses that rent vehicles.
Where do I find the wizard again later?
On your dashboard, use the setup banner's Continue setup link, or go to /dashboard/onboarding directly.
