Email as a tool
How automations send email through your own connected Gmail or Outlook.
In MAZZA, email is a tool your automations use, not a separate mass-mailing system. You connect your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and automations send from it as a step. This keeps your sender identity, and any replies, right where they belong: in your inbox.
Set it up
Connect your mailbox
In Integrations, connect Gmail or Outlook. MAZZA asks for permission to send on your behalf.
Add a send-email action
In an automation, add the send-email action and write your message. You can use details from the trigger, like the customer's name.
Let it run
When the automation fires, the email goes out from your mailbox.
Why this matters
Because the email comes from your real mailbox, customers see your name, replies come back to you, and your messages are far more likely to land than mail from an unknown sender.
Disconnecting stops these emails
If you disconnect the mailbox, any automation action that sends through it will stop working until you reconnect.
