Actions are the work an automation does. After a trigger fires, MAZZA runs the actions you chose, in order. You can combine several in one automation.

Email is a tool, not a mass-mailer
Sending email is an action that sends through your own connected mailbox, keeping replies in your inbox and your sender identity intact. It is not a separate bulk-email system. See Email as a tool.
Use the trigger's details
Actions can use information from the trigger, like the customer's name or the booking date, so your messages and tasks are specific, not generic.
