Automations do the repetitive work for you. You set a rule once, and MAZZA runs it every time the moment arrives, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

Automations are a feature module. Turn it on in Settings, under Features, if you do not see it in the sidebar. See Feature modules.
How an automation is built
Every automation is a trigger followed by one or more actions.

A trigger is an event, like a call ending or a booking being created. Actions are what MAZZA does in response, like sending a message or creating a task. You can add conditions so an automation only runs when it should.
