Bulk import

Bring existing records into MAZZA from a spreadsheet in one go.

Already have a list of leads or a fleet in a spreadsheet? Bulk import lets you add many records at once instead of typing them in one by one.

Import from a spreadsheet

Open the import dialog

From the list you want to add to (for example Leads or your Fleet), choose to import.

Paste your data

Paste rows from a CSV file or directly from Google Sheets.

Map your columns

Match your spreadsheet columns to the right MAZZA fields, then confirm.

Review the result

MAZZA validates the rows and adds them, and tells you how many came in.

Importing twice can create duplicates

If you import the same spreadsheet again, you may end up with duplicate records. Import once, and remove duplicates yourself if needed.
