Funnel overview

The Funnel is your lead-capture engine. It turns form submissions into leads in your CRM and shows you how those leads move toward a booking, so you can see what is working.

How the funnel works

Each form you publish has its own public link. When someone submits it, MAZZA creates a lead, linked back to the form so you always know the source. Obvious spam is filtered out automatically.

What you can see

Open Funnel in the sidebar to see your submissions and how they convert through each stage. This same data also powers your Funnel analytics.
