A lead is someone who showed interest but has not booked yet. MAZZA captures leads automatically from calls, WhatsApp, and your funnel forms, so nobody slips through the cracks.
Where leads come from
When a caller is interested but does not book, the voice agent logs a lead. The WhatsApp agent does the same. Funnel forms create leads from submissions. You can also add or import leads yourself.
Qualification status
Every lead carries a status so you can see where it stands.

Lead score
Each lead also gets a score from 0 to 100 that ranks how hot it is, so your team works the best leads first. The score is calculated automatically from signals like call engagement, sentiment, how recent the activity is, and the source. It updates on its own as things change.
Work the hot ones first
Higher scores mean stronger interest. Sort by score to spend your time where it pays off.

Convert
Turn the lead into a booking, a deal, or a client. Converting marks the lead Qualified and links the records together.
Bring in leads you already have
You can bulk import leads from a spreadsheet, and recover deleted ones from Trash.
