Tags, bulk actions, and trash
Organize records with tags, act on many at once, and recover deletions.
As your CRM grows, these three tools keep it tidy and fast to work with.
Tags
Tags are labels you attach to records to group and find them. Apply a tag to a lead or client, then filter your lists by it to focus on a segment, like VIPs or a particular campaign.
Bulk actions
When you need to do the same thing to many records, select them in a list and apply a bulk action. Update, tag, convert, or delete a whole group in one step instead of opening each record.
A faster way to work
Bulk actions shine after an import or a busy week. Select everything that needs the same follow-up and handle it together.
Trash
Deleting a record moves it to that section's Trash, where you can restore it. Items in Trash are removed permanently after a period, so recover anything important promptly.
