I am not getting notifications
Restore alerts when you are missing them.
If important alerts are not reaching you, a quick check of your settings usually fixes it.
Check your notification preferences
Go to Settings, then Notifications, and confirm the events you care about are switched on for the channels you use. See Notification preferences.
Confirm your channels
Make sure email is going to the right address, and that the WhatsApp team alert is set up if you rely on it.
Check your spam folder
Email alerts can land in spam. Mark them as safe so future ones arrive in your inbox.
Check who is on the team
Make sure the people who should get alerts are members of the workspace with the right access.
Keep the urgent ones on
Alerts like a customer asking for a human are time-sensitive. Make sure those stay enabled.
