Calls are not arriving

Work through why the voice agent is not taking calls.

If your Calls list is empty or the agent is not picking up, run through this checklist. The most common reason is simply that the agent is not live yet.

Check your agent's build status

During setup, your agent moves through Details captured, Setup call, Agent testing, and Live. It only answers calls once it is Live. Check the status on the setup wizard Agent step.

Confirm the number is routed

Your business number is connected to the agent by the MAZZA team. If the agent is Live but no calls arrive, your number routing may need attention.

Look for missed calls

Open Calls and check the Missed filter to see whether calls are coming in but not connecting.

Going live is a MAZZA step

Your agent goes live when our team finishes and tests your setup, not from a switch in your dashboard. If you are unsure of your status, just ask.
