A booking did not appear
Find a booking that seems to be missing.
If a booking you expected is not showing, it is almost always in one of three places. Check them in order.

Check Pending
If auto-confirm is off, bookings the agent makes wait in Pending for your approval. Open Bookings and check the Pending filter. See Bookings from calls.

Check your calendar view and dates
On the Calendar, make sure you are looking at the right date range and view.

Check Trash
The booking may have been deleted. Open Bookings Trash and restore it. See Trash and restore.
Turn on auto-confirm to skip Pending
If you would rather agent bookings go straight to your calendar as confirmed, turn on auto-confirm. See Configuring your agent.
