Collections
Build custom tables for anything your business tracks, and let the agents use them.
Collections are custom tables for data that does not fit the built-in records. Think promo codes, frequently asked questions, service add-ons, or anything else specific to your business.
An optional feature
Collections are a feature module. Turn it on in Settings, under Features, if you do not see it. See Feature modules.
Create a collection
Add a collection
Create a new table and give it columns for the data you want to store.
Add rows
Fill in your data, or import it from a spreadsheet.
Make it agent-visible (optional)
Turn on the agent-visible setting so your voice and WhatsApp agents can read the table during conversations.
Give your agents extra knowledge
When a collection is agent-visible, the agents can look up its rows on a call or chat. A "Promo Codes" or "FAQs" table is an easy way to make the agents smarter about your business.
