Deals and pipelines
Track sales opportunities through customizable pipeline stages, with forecasting.
Deals help you track bigger opportunities that take more than one step to close. Each deal moves through the stages of your sales pipeline so you always know what is in play and what needs a push.
An optional feature
Deals are a feature module. If you do not see Deals in the sidebar, turn it on in Settings, under Features. See Feature modules.
How deals work
Create a deal
Add a deal yourself, or convert a qualified lead into one. The deal links to the customer and keeps its own timeline.
Move it through stages
Advance the deal across your pipeline stages as it progresses toward a close.
Close it
Mark the outcome when the deal is won or lost.
Forecasting on the Sales overview
Your open deals roll up into a forecast on the Sales overview, so you can see the value moving through your pipeline at a glance.
