Tasks
Follow-ups with due dates, priorities, and owners, linked to the right record.
Tasks keep your follow-ups from falling through the cracks. Each task has a due date, a priority, and an owner, and links to the lead, client, deal, or booking it belongs to.
An optional feature
Tasks are a feature module. Turn it on in Settings, under Features, if you do not see it. See Feature modules.
Working with tasks
Create a task
Add a task and link it to a record, set a due date and priority, and assign an owner.
Stay on top of it
See what is due and who owns it, and check tasks off as you finish them.
Let automations create tasks for you
An automation can create a task automatically, for example a follow-up task whenever a new lead comes in. See Automation actions.
