Clients
The client record and the full history of every customer you serve.
A client is a known customer. The Clients section (it sits under Clients in the sidebar) holds everyone you have done business with, along with their complete history in one place.
What a client record holds
- Contact details, including phone and any notes you add.
- Every call, with its summary and outcome.
- Every WhatsApp conversation.
- Every booking, past and upcoming.
- Tags you apply, plus an overall read on sentiment.
How clients are created
Clients are created for you when the agents speak to someone new, when you convert a lead, or when a customer books through your link. You can also add a client by hand.
One customer, one record
MAZZA matches people by phone number, so a caller who later messages on WhatsApp stays a single client with one unified history.
Managing clients
Open a client to see everything at a glance, start a WhatsApp conversation, create a booking, or add a note. Deleting a client moves it to Trash, where it can be restored.
